Faxing software

Not sure if this is the place to ask but can anyone recommend faxing software for a small office but with faxing needs of 600 faxes per month? Possibly 3-4 people sharing from thier own PC if possible?

Any pointers or suggestions to start my research is apreciated.

As there are no others, I will state that there are many types of faxing applications available. You really have not provided enough information about how these 3-4 people are connected, i.e. via P2P network, server based network or?

How you want faxing to be implemented? i.e. shared phoneline/modem, web based, or?

What you anticipate costs to be. If there is a 800 # line, or normal tel charges costs for 600 could get out of hand where a fax service could be economical.

Thanks for the reply.
We have 4 users that now fax the old way and want to see what is available to automate a bit. Beyond that I need to build a requirements sheet as I look into what is out there and can nail down our needs.
Cost will be a big factor so we will be looking to keep it to a minimum then they just want to fax paperless.

There are several methods you can look into.
You did not state if you are networked or how.

If you are faxing long distance the following might be more economical @$0.10 per page

e-Fax

If you have a server & toll free line or are faxing local

Hope This gets you started, there are many of the above types & these are just samples.
