I'm building a database app, and using Active Reports 2. About 5 users (max 2 or 3 concurrent), with an Access db residing on the server.

I need to give the user the option of sending a fax directly from the desktop. This will be over a NT4 domain (soon Win2000 Server). One fax modem is attached to the server - none to the workstations.

I don't need a complete how-to, but what techniques are available to me?

Regards,
Craig

Why re-invent the wheel when you can buy workgroup faxing software? It shows up on the desktop as another printer.

That's great.

What's the best faxing package to use for this purpose? As there is only one line fax line for the server, it will be used for outgoing faxes only.

Thanks for the advice.

Craig
