I have a client that I installed Desktop Messaging on her Windows 7 Outlook 2010 and when installing I received errors on Printing Spools. Continued with install and finished. Rebooted and logged into Outlook and there was CallPilot with her messages(tested and played messages and opened faxes). No Problem.
She can receive faxes, but cannot send, she is getting an error when she prints document with CallPilot Fax and hits print to input telephone #, gets an error "an unsupported operation was attempted."
Any thoughts or suggestions?
