A couple days ago, our faxes that we get forwarded from eFax have stopped coming through. The way it is setup is when we get a fax to one of our fax numbers, eFax will forward it on to a group of people in our domain responsible for it. This has stopped and I am not sure why. Nothing has been changed since we noticed this problem.
At first I thought it was eFax so I setup a temp yahoo account and have all the faxes being forwarded to that account where I have to manually forward them back to our domain.
I have checked our Symantec Mail Security and all the settings appear to be the same as eFax is on the exception list. Our exchange server has had the service pack with the IMF for the past month, but I have not messed around with it's settings.
Any suggestions?
