Faxes cutting off 2

I have a customer that upgraded from Modular ICS to a BCM450
He had a fax machine using a ATA on the ICS and worked fine.We have now put the fax on a ASM8 and the faxes are being cutt off or mis alligned..We have reused the ata on a digital port and the problem still exists.. Any thought

How is the Fax coming in PRI, 1FB ? ? ?

Are you running a PRI or T1 check your clock source make sure your DTM is set as primary not master. You wont notice it on a voice call but it sure will screw up your faxes and modems.

Did the customer per chance change service providers at the same time?
