Hi All,

Just wondering what everyone is using for faxes. We have an aging Rightfax/brooktrout BRI setup that I am wanting to replace, so now is the time to see whats out there.

So please share - what do you use for faxes?

Hi montyzummer, yes I have been thinking about that. Only thing is I would need about 30-40 different DID (routed to different email addresses) so not sure if it then becomes too expensive. I will take a look.

I'd stay with Rightfax. Just update it to a FOIP setup and route calls to it from the CM

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

I have a couple dozen traditional fax machines and also use a service called MyFax for users who want the doc as a file in their PC. Traditional faxing has gotten worse over the years. The machines are cheaper, that is, they're made out of junk plastic. They are basically disposable. When we moved from a Definity G3r to CM, one year ago now, it also got worse. Some extensions are having trouble receiving faxes. MyFax works well and has a nice online management tool.
