Fax Versus Callpilot on Nortel CICS

I used to have a technician who was very familiar with it and he programmed a Callpilot 100 to drive fax. Today we add a new line and we had to move line on the system and this feature stopped working. Now I don't know how to program it back and my tech is gone so anyone can help me.

Who added the line? have them fix it? we have no idea what they did...
If you dont know passwords or how to navigate programming you need to do a lot of reading or call another vendor/tech.
