Fax through messaging

hi all

I have Modular messaging release3
i need to enable users to send and receive faxes through their PC's..can anyone point me to the right documents for configuration...

some one from TAC said that we must use SES server and use SIP trunk.

Can an one give me how I can do it ?

first question - what is your backend, msss- exchange- lotus.

what is your integration, E1/T1, SIP or H,323

basically E1/T1 and SIP are all achievable, H323 will not do faxing.

i suggest you search support.avaya.com and download the relevant release of MM library. There are guide for setting up faxing etc...

but if you are using H.323 - dont bother, it wont work.
