We have experienced this scenario lately -when we fax something out on our fax (#4392) that the fax gets routed to a different fax machine in the same building on another floor & not to the fax # we've sent it to.
Digits entered are 16 (auth code initialization) then 200 (code for dialing out LD) then 011332332124 a legitamite international #, however it is more so a user error where if 9 is not entered between 200 and 011 it will automatically tell the
user the fax was transmitted OK and be re-routed to the other machine somewhere on teh 3rd floor, rather than in Austria. Is there something in the programming (classes of service) that I can disable this re-routing, so it will not show up 'OK' and be sent
to another fax in the building.
Thanks Guys
