fax passthrough problem 1

we use fax machine on VG248, but when receving fax from PSTN, some lines in the receving fax paper are distorted or blur and the problem is in all machine. the fax works well in our network.

the config as blows:

we use fax passthrough in voicegateway ,E1 pri. and h323 with CCM

voice service voip
h323
modem passthrough nse g711ulaw

dial-peer voice voip
destination pattern xxxx
codec g711ulaw
modem passthrough nse g711ulaw
fax rate disable
no vad

also, fax relay is disable in the VG248 and CCM's phone config.

Is your PRI taking any slips? Check that first.
On the gateway type
show controllers e1

If it is not running clean it will cause fax issues

thanks whykap. it's E1 problem. when show controller e1 ,there are lots of slip secs. I set the net work clock on E1 in the voicegateway. It 's done. many thanks
