Im trying to use a Fax behind an audiocodes MP 112 fxs configured as IP trunk h.323.

Callling in and out from an analog phone is OK. But fax won't go trough.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Avaya IP 500. 4.0.14

What fax protocal does it use? if it is set up as a trunk do you have fax transport enabled?

The IP Office doesn't support T38. The 'Fax Transport' option is a proprietary protocol for IP Office to IP Office connections carrying analog fax signalling.

Try to set your fax on 9600 baud rate, the IPO doesn't support G3 (14400 baud).

I want to use a Nortel CS1000 SW5.x as a H.323 gateway for my Avaya IP 500 SW 4.1.12.

I have tried different setting but my phone won't ring.
Can you help me?

Do you have the right licenses?
