Fax network client setup failed

After install Window 2000 SP3, and Citrix Xp FR2, I am getter the error "Fax network client setup failed" when user connect to the Citrix server.

What can cause that, and how to fix it?

Try support.citrix.com, tech note CTX102072 as a start. The workaround didn't help me, but maybe FR3 will.

Put this line in the wtsuprnt.inf file (or .txt if never used)
"Windows NT Fax Driver" = ""

That will prevent autocreation of the driver.
Or you can map this one in the CMC printer mapping. (same result)
