fax msg setup

i have to set up fax msg on a call pilot, can someone list a step by step, or where to find the information. the call pilot does have desk top msg setup, and we have the lic. for fax... any help would be appreciated.. thanks

Are you talking about an application that utilizes faxing as an option.....like, to receive this fax, press1, to receive another fax, press2? This kind of thing?

This is done through application builder.
