I have a issue with my fax machine in one of the offices.
we have a multi function fax machine which is receiving fax but when trying to send fax out not working. these are the scenarios.
1. Fax from out side - received successfully - But it have some junk lines on the fax received
2. Fax send out to any Fax machine or the Fax insite the campus - Gets a Error "Comm Error" on the Fax Machine.
3. Fax Send to Mail server - Receiving junk characters on the Inbox.
I have 2 fax machines and both of them are connected to Analog Card on the G700 Server.
Are there any setting i need to check on this system or any changes that need to be made to get this issue resolved.
I need to fix this as user are having issues sending and receiving fax and this is very crucial for the business to get this fixed.
Any suggestions which can resolve this issue could be a great help.
