I am stumped as to how to resolve a situation whereby some incoming calls to our fax number are not connecting to our online fax service (efax). I have looked at delta server logs to try and diagnose the problem, to no avail.
I have the system (IPOffice 406v2, v4.2 (23)) set up to forward calls to our fax number via incoming call route to efax. Randomly, it appears, a few calls do not go through. I cannot figure out if it is an issue with our system, efax or both. Previously, one of the T-1 lines had some performance problems which cBeyond cleared-up, but the fax issue remained.
Any ideas?
