It seems one of your RPN in FPI=4 is having intermittant problem !
Make ALREI;
Keep watching for the alrm to reappear and take the print out for CXRFP:fpi=4,rpn=all; or
keep printing CXRFP:fpi=4,rpn=all;
Then figure out which RPN is having problem, check for cable connections or replace the base station.
You can also restart UNIT CTLP in LIM=1, but it will reset all your base stations in LIM 1.
Good Luck !

Thank you guys for you responses, I found faulty base station and replaced it, no alarm anymore :)))
