Hi all,
I'm currently having an issue with our 2400 IPXs at one of our sites where the 1 system (CMOD shows the CPU in standby)CPU will not come on line. It has a WDT light indicator and the LED read out indicates 0. When I do a MEM_HDD all saves from that CPU fails. when I atempt to log off sys 1 Flash drive I get a "I/O timed out" we have disabled the default cpu swap out using the ASYD command every 24 hrs until we can figure out what needs to be done to correct the issue. We do have a spare CPU modual if needed to replace. all sw, ph36 cards have been tested and checked good. My question what is the replacement CPU swap procedure. Do we have to power down the entire PBX for this swap out? any info would be of great help.
