Are there any Integrated Management specialists in the forum? I need some help...
I've got the problem with Integrated Management 3.1 software: I try to use Fault and Performance Manager application with S8700 but always receive an exception "Unable to collect Call processing data from...". Button "Refresh Alarms/Errors" works with no problem but when I press "Refresh Configuration" I receive the message "Connection failed: server didn't respond". MSA works fine with the same login/password.
