fatal exception ......

i'm getting an error message on a pc displaying
" a fatal exception 0D has occurred at 0028:c000b25c in VXD.XMM(01) + 0000A25C

press any key .........


la la la"

I've looked at the microsoft knowledge base for some clues, but the only thing i can see is that it might be related to mcaffe but this only seems to have been happening since we installed nod 32 antivirus about a month ago, before that the antivirus was norton.

any ideas????

virus defs are up to date with latest version,

That's not what I asked.
Have you tried uninstalling the AV that you put on a month back to see if the problem is definitely and directly related to that software?

But actually, an "OD" error is often related to outdated/bad video drivers. Try updating/replacing your existing ones.
