Fatal Error: Cannot load database schema file for the version requested. Are you using the correct PCPRO),EU Version of SL2100 PCPRO for Firmware 5.30

I am currently configuring an NEC SL2100 system with the following specifications:

Version: 5.30.00
Release Date: March 8, 2024
Market Information: EU
System Type: SL2100
I downloaded SL2100 US V5.21/V5.30 PCPRO, but it shows the error:
"Fatal Error: Cannot load database schema file for the version requested. Are you using the correct PCPRO?"

I suspect this is due to the US version being incompatible with the EU market configuration of my PBX. Could anyone please provide me the appropriate EU version of PCPRO for V5.30 or guide me to where I can download it?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share that I have found a solution to my issue. I searched for the European version of PCPRO and found SL2100 PC Pro_EU_5.00.00.msi. However, the problem persisted because my SL2100 firmware version was 5.30.00, which is newer than my PCPRO software version.

After searching online for an older firmware version to match my PCPRO version, I couldn’t find the exact one but managed to locate nec_sl2100_firmware_2.00.00. I flashed it, and it worked! I just finished configuring my Zoiper app softphone and Microsip softphone with my SL2100 PBX, and they communicate with my MLT perfectly.

I wanted to share that I have found a solution to my issue. I searched for the European version of PCPRO and found SL2100 PC Pro_EU_5.00.00.msi. However, the problem persisted because my SL2100 firmware version was 5.30.00, which is newer than my PCPRO software version.

After searching online for an older firmware version to match my PCPRO version, I couldn’t find the exact one but managed to locate nec_sl2100_firmware_2.00.00. I flashed it, and it worked! I just finished configuring my Zoiper app softphone and Microsip softphone with my SL2100 PBX, and they communicate with my MLT perfectly.

You can actualy log in to webpro and downgrade to the version you have although I wouldn't bother

Thanks for your post...! From where did you get nec_sl2100_firmware_2.00.00 ? I am also facing same error with 5.30.00. Hope to downgrade to 2.00.00 and try your way.
