Fatal Error and Spyware help!!!f

I am sick and tired of all this damn pop ups and spyware that my damn laptop has. I dunno how it got there, i bet it was cause of that damn Warez program I used to dl some files. I got pop ups every 5 mins and sometimes it freezes my comp. I can't get rid of the program becuase it says they are write protected or something and I can't shut them down, they keep restarting.
Another recent problem I know it has to be caused by this is this Fatal Error I got 5 times in the past 3 days.

anyone know any good tools to get rid of this, pay or no pay just not too expensive. I used spybot and highjackthis, they don't do anything. help please. I wanna clean my comp.

update your virus software and scan your system. I think you have a virus.
