Hi There,

I'm trying to determine why or how a FastRAD placed on a particular DID is answering ALL DID calls into our MICS after 3 rings?

The AA still answers and routes calls to the appropriate extension, but if i call ANY DID directly, I get to the FastRAD.

Background: I had an assistant place the fastrad on one line a few weeks ago that didn't cause this issue. However, yesterday it was placed on a different line that as far as I knew had the same configuration, but it had this effect.

If anyone has any idea where we might have gone wrong, i'd appreciate it.

Completely lost.
Thanks,
Dust W

under services, put the DID in it's own ring group

WORK SMART NOT HARD

Assuming you mean the Rad was put onto another port and set relocation is off you will need know what new DN is. Make sure the assigned DID line number on the rad is programmed to the appropriate DN. Additionally / may not hurt to make sure the new DN is not associated with hunt groups or some other routing as well.
