Fast Rad

I have a fast rad connected to a Norstar MICS xc 7.0. Everytime I try to connect to the system throught the fast rad I get this message. This rad is not compatible with remote tools. I am using Remote tools 11.0 Any ideas?

Are you sure it's a FastRAD, or just a regular RAD?

The rad is a fast rad and I tried it on another customers mics 7.0 system and it works fine. I have tried 3 different fast rads on this system and get the same message. This rad is not compatible with remote tools.

The system was running N.A. 6.0 and we upgraded it a week ago to xc 7.0 so they could add more expansion modules. I was hoping this would fix the problem but did not!
