Fast RAD

What would make a RAD not connect? I keep getting "RAD did not respond.

How are you trying to access the RAD??
What software?
remotly or operator assist?

6.1 software, direct connect. I have tried using known good RADs, maybe my version of Remote Utilities is funky?

Make sure you are on the correct com port on your pc and try changing baud rates. Even if the RAD is not programmed it should still respond.

I just had this problem and rebooted my laptop and could
connect, Windows 2000 Pro.
