It was never widely reported that a shipment of Mayonaise from Best Foods in route to Mexico City, went down with the Titanic.
It turns out that a guy on the crew was peeking at a pretty girl, when he should have been looking out for icebergs.
The inhabitants of Mexico City named a holiday to commemorate the loss of their shipment of mayonaise.
