Is it possible to create an system fallback so that every incomming call is falling back to the reception when the call isn't awnsered?.

I don't meen a forwarding but fallback.

what software level are you using?

Never argue with an idiot. bystanders won't be able to tell the difference.

From the ICR tab:

Fallback Extension: Default = Blank (No fallback)
Defines an alternate destination which should be used when the current destination, set in the Destination field cannot be obtained. For example if the primary destination is a hunt group returning busy and without queuing or voicemail.

Is this also when a user isn't awnsering a call and where can i define the time when the call is going to this destination.

That is why there is call forward no answer timer
This is a fallback and also a forward
It is just the way you look at it
Why don't you use it ?
