Gentlemen,
I can not make the music hold to be loaded for the IPO. the file is in the correct format according to the manual.

In Monitor software of the following message:

99198208mS TFTP: (2606) 192.168.42.2(SrcPort 32081) TFTPReader: Fail: HoldMusic.wav (Code = 1)
899198208mS TFTP: (2606) 192.168.42.2(SrcPort 32081) ~TFTPReader: HoldMusic.wav

In this IPO set the IP TFTP as the computer that installed the Manager, version the IPO 6.0.14

failure to load the source file of the music on hold, this mensage in System Status

Usually a firewall issue or IP's in different ranges. What does the Manager programme show in the TFTP log? You do know it needs to be open too :)

Friend,

The computer firewall is off.
The IP of computer is 192.168.26.182 and the IP of IPO is 192.168.26.180.

tftp log appears only in a download request from IP to IPO and nothing more.

I connected directly to my computer on port LAN2 set up a network and to upload the file from my computer and got the same error, and the music file on my computer that already was loaded without problems for other IPOs ...

The log shows 192.168.42.2 so there is the problem.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Indeed, I think you connected to LAN1 as 192.168.42.1 is the default address of that port :)

Friends,
Tests were performed:
I turned off the firewall in my computer and plugged straight into the IPO LAN2 port with an IP range 192.168.43.xxx and did not load the music on hold

I changed the IP to IPO 192.168.42.1/24 and 192.168.42.2/24 connected to my computer directly into the LAN1, did not load the music on hold.

The file I'm using is the file you normally use to put music on hold, I am absolutely sure that the the file is not corrupt or the wrong format.

In Monitor software of the following message:
99198208mS TFTP: (2606) 192.168.42.2(SrcPort 32081) TFTPReader: Fail: HoldMusic.wav (Code = 1) 899198208mS TFTP: (2606) 192.168.42.2(SrcPort 32081) ~TFTPReader: HoldMusic.wav

whenever there is trying to load music on hold

It is searching for 192.168.42.2
if there is no 192.168.42.2 or a tftp server running on 192.168.42.2 or when it cannot reach 192.168.42.2 then it fails.

In this scenario tested the Manager is in operation, that is, he is playing the TFTP server, monitoring of Log Manager appears in the TFTP request coming from the central to the download but this does not happen, remember that the way that this mounted the scenario described above was used in other IPOs and had no problems loading the music on hold.

This is what is most strange, I'm only on this client with this problem.

TomMills,

yes, the file name is correct, holdmusic.wav

16bits PCM Mono 8kHz...
