Dear Colleagues,
I am seeking your assistance with regards to an InDECT system on SV9100.
Below is whats happening.
1.After installing the InDECT app and activating the Access Points AP400, all the access points become active.
2. When you now click any of the access points IP address , in order to Subscribe the DECT handsets, you get an error [saying that you cant subscribe the handsets because there are some inactive Access points.
3. The challenge is that there are no inactive access points.
4. I did removed the InApp and did a fresh installation but i continue getting the same error.
Is there any other way to default the InDECT app and do a fresh installation other than what I did?
