Failing Jobs

I have been getting this message "unable to attach \\insert servername here\shares$ the item was not found" errors. I have done all the salutions that Veritas support pages has and its still not working. Here is the job details....

If you go to the main backup server, and open the veritas console, go to backup and select the remote server.
Are the admin shares c$ grey ?
If you right klik the remote server and select properties, is the remote agent version in sync with veritas?
