Failed to Send Fax Message Error

I am trying to send a fax through the Nortel Fax printer and get a "Failed to Send Fax Message" error when I select the "Send using Fax Machine" option to allow a dial out.

Can anyone help with the setup required to allow faxing out to fax machines?

The Mailbox has to be allowed to dial out. Route ,line etc.

port 25 in virus protection needs to alow outbound from the pc.
