failed to record actual creation time in index files

the error code is 7:6 and its idata agent for filesystem.

Pls slet me know the solution.

yesterday i read that we need to delete the text file or rename the file..( txt file )

If u right click MA and go to properties , index file , go to the path and rename the txt file... commvault will create the file.. u can givea try.. i had done same .
 
I found what i assume is the text file you're referring to.... but can you link or include the article that you read that explains what you are talking about?

As it turns out - we had E-trust AV real-time scanning running on our Commserve which is where the shared index cache was living. We've disabled that and now it appears to be fine.
