Failed to receive data from client agent. (ec=10060)

My Backup server is runnning Win2000 and Arcserve2000 SP3.
My backup job starts and goes to at least 12% and then gives me the above error message.

What are you trying to backup.
Is it thru the Network or client agent...

this error is usually cause to a winsock problem.

please brief the problem when posting a thread...

Sorry, but I'm new with all this, I'm trying to backup a webserver and it's thru client agent.

I've been able to backup this server before, I didn't make any changes to the server but now it's failing.

looks like the client agent is timing out for some reason...

just reinstall the client angent and apply SP4 on it..
