Hi,
If I run a large report I get a "Failed to open a Rowset" error message.

Underneath I get..

Details:HY000:[Cache ODBC]State:S1000[Native Code:400]
[C:\Progam Files\Crystal Decisions\Crystal Reports 9\crw32.exe]
[SQL Code: <-400>:<Fatal Error Occured>]
[Cache error: <<SUBSCRIPT>%C00000o+14^Cachesql13>]
Details: <Floop - func = DQ]

I'm connecting to InterSystems Cache DB using their ODBC driver.

Does anyone know how to get round this problem ?
Its been buggin me for weeks !

Midearth,
No joy with the patch, it didnt work.
When I originally created the report it worked fine and extracted the data.
I spent 30 making it look smart and then decided to run it again for a different time period. Thats when I got the error.
Could it be the ODBC driver or the underlying data structure ?

I am using crystal reports ver 9.1 and got the error message "failed value in rowset". I got this error message when the user id and passwd of the user does not have rights to access the db. When accessing the db via odbc user id and passwd is required. Make sure the user attempting to preview/print reports have access rights. If user does have access to the db, then they could be using incorrect passwd.

Good luck.

No joy with all your suggestions above but much thanks for your help.
Just tried SP2 to see if that cured it !
Getting desperate !
