I am using Crystal Reports 9 and I got a report to work in the development environment. However, when I try to run it in production, I get an..

Error in file \\de3019087wd011\I3_Reports\Custom|RandomRecorder.rpt: Failed to open a rowset. Unable to fine description of print engine error '723'. Error Code(723)

I have changed the ODBC connection from the development box to production box. I tried recreating the production boxes ODBC connection. In the past, I recreated the report from scratch and I got it to work. I used a vendor packaged report as a template. I don't want to do this. I am sure theres is a better way. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

Both the developer and production database are Microsoft SQL Server 2005.

What I did was to use another template close to the design of the report I was creating. I only had to make a few minor changes and it worked. Thanks for your help.
