I am running a job with about 15 different views based off 4 Report Studio reports. If i run this job about 4 or 5 times i get this error:

Failed to get cube data. [Database errors: number: 0x8007000e, source: Provider, description: Not enough storage is available to complete this operation., details: nodestate.dataxml, com error description: Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.]

I solve the issue by bouncing the Cognos services on the report server. If any one has any idea on how to fix this it would rock.

Does oracle have something to do with this error?

There is a reference in the bugfix list of Oracle 9.2.0.5
that references this problem. I believe it has something to do with the extend size (increments too small)
However, this should be fixed then with Oracle 10g.
Perhaps your DBA may have a clue on the dataxml error.
To me it seems more a database issue than a Cognos one..
