Failed to Export Report - Crystal Report Viewer 1

On the client computer, when you preview the report and click the export toolbar button, the Export Dialog box comes up and I select my format and Destination. After the export dialog box I select the range. After this I expect another dialog box (more like the save as dialog box) to show so I can give the file a name or choose a destination. But this does not happen. I receive a run-time error '-2147190908'. Thanks.

Note: All exporting functions works fine on my PC but not on the users PC.

Try sharing specifics, such as Crystal version, how you're invoking the report, what format you're trying to export to, etc.

Also post the exact error message if different from the above.

I'm using CR 8.5 and exporting to a PDF on a disk file. I'm invoking the export funtion in two ways

(1). clicking the export button on the crystal report viewer
(2). CrystalReport.Export (True)

Destination - Disk File

Note:
It won't work for any of the destination. The suprising thing about this is that all the DLL's are included in my deployment package and when installed on the users PC all the formats and destination are listed. The main problem is exporting to the selected destination. All functions works fine on my PC but not the users. Thanks.

The last thing I suggested you look at the last time you posted this (thread222-811237) was:

If you've applied a hot fix, the Exportmodeller.dll and Crtslv.dll will exist in 2 places (check the above whitepaper for the locations). If they exist in both places on the development machine, the clients need to be set up the same way.
