Failed to create empty document 2

On a W2K and ARCServe 2K, I get a Failed to create empty document dialog box from ARCserve and must push OK. Then the ARCServe window will come up w/out the 'html' page. Only the top file buttom are usable. i.e. File, Manager, etc. Any clue why I get this error when starting the ARCServe mgr?

Hello,

this is an issue with the IE. IE 5.01 SP1 or higher should be installed to work with the ARCserve GUI.
