failed to connect to an agent Arcserve 9

last time we moved our backup-server to another place on another subnet, and from this moment we are unable to backup the ones wich are in a different subnet. On the subnet of our backup server it works fine.
the message is [failed to connect to the agent]

Hi,
modigy the job,on the source check if the client agent shows the old IP of the remote machine..
Modify the agent and set it to use Name Resolution..
