Failed to access Mailbox for this User

Have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server 3.6 and a exhange 2000 server. I Have a user who is not working. When I try to remove them from Blackberry enterprise management screen I receive a failed to access the mailbox for this user. All other users work great, I can add new users and move them. This users mailbox is OK, they can log into it, with outlook . ANy help would be great. However they are not receiving anything to the blackberry.
 
Are you saying that all your users are not receiving emails on their Blackberry?
 
Has the user generated a PIN. That could be stopping him from receiving emails. Also make sure that the device is set on GPRS (upper case)
 
dalv, I want to thank you for trying to help me resolve my case. Here is the resolution from Blackberry;
1. Update the Blackberry to the latest service pack. (This will enable you to delete the user from the server.)
2. Download a utility called DBClean from the Blackberry web site. Run the utility on the client PC were the user sincs his blackberry. Make sure to run the utility from the DOS promp. (This will delete the Blackberry users profile locally. You then should be able to add the user to the Blackberry server.)
