Failed Policy Install

Having an interesting error now.

Nokia IP330. Just performed a fresh install of FP3. now i can not install the policy. I got everything working, license, SIC, routing, etc. verified connectivity. Everything seems fine.

When i try to push a simple policy with the dashboard, it says that i dont have a valid license for SmartView Monitor, please uncheck from your gateway. Obviously i checked this and it wasnt there. So, i tried checking it, installing, then unchecking it.. didnt work.

I went into IPSO and did a "fw fetch newpolicy".. that came back with a "failed to read database" "Probably module never installed"

Any suggestions?

I have the same problème ,have you a issue

Check your management object as well. Thats how i fixed mine.

If you have just the single IP330 acting as both mgmt and enforcement module, you would have to install both modules. It's possible that you might have selected just the enforcement module. If it's not too much work I would uninstall and reinstall, and make sure that the option is selected that includes both mgmt and enforcement modules.
