To turn off all mmdf mail, you could change the names of the 2 mmdf files kept in startup & shutdown directories. Such as the following:
login as root
# cd /etc/rc0.d
# mv P86mmdf p86mmdf
# cd /etc/rc2.d
# mv P86mmdf p86mmdf
then reboot, no more mmdf mail being sent. rename back to original to turn back on.

*But, if you want some mail and not others, such as your example of 'junkmail', then you'll probably need some kind of filters setup. You might also post this in the security forum. The mail is sent in the /usr/spool/mail directory, where there are subdirs for each user.
