Failed Login Attempts Call Pilot

Good afternoon. Can anyone direct me on where I can change the default " failed login attempts" for a voice mailbox before the system will automatically disable the box. I believe at the present time it is set for about 10 and I need to change the parameter to "3".

per mailbox - default 9
per session - default 3

What type of voicemail? CP or MM.

System here is Call Pilot, system in our New York office is Meridian Mail.
