Fail to upgrade to 6.1

Hello,

I have tried to upgrade the customer system to 6.1 from 5.0.26 and I didn't. The system display an error that the image cannot be transferred. I tried using one notebook with Manager 8.1 and later with 8.1(054) and the same occurs. I tried by the other notebook with the same Ip Office Manager, and the message remains the same. With another notebook, with Manager 8.0.14 I can upgrade to version 6.0.14. Later I tried again with Manager 8.1 and cannot be possible again.

Does any one knows if have a bug in this version of Ip Office core 6.1 or Manager 8.1???

Sounds like something very strange.
Did you try to reinstall the 6.1 manager?

What is operating system on the PC's that you are using? If it's not a support OS, you may be able to perform regular admin tasks just fine but not perform an upgrade.

Indeed I upgraded my Manager from 6.1.5 to 6.1.504 and still occurs this error. I'm trying to upgrade a IPO500 v1 hardware.
Now I downloaded the 6.1.12 version and I will try again. But this error I've never seen before.

I use Windows7 and tftp is not enabled either.

Hi there,

I solved the problem just removing the upgrade license and inserting again later.

It was so strange!! Does not compatible with informations found at documentations.
