Fail to create service INO_FLTR

Greetings.

We have recently switch from 4.53 to 7.0. Mixed feelings so far.

On my servers (I believe on W2K servers with Active Directory), I am getting a message during installation:

"Fail to create the service INO_FLTR".

You can blow past the message and installation completes normally. Any idea what I might be running into here?

That thread is a bit dated - not sure if its applicable, but does shed some light on what INO_FLTR is exactly.
