Hi, All
I'm using AS9.0 to backup a remote server that have both the open file file agent and nt agent install, however when I try to backup this remote server I'm recieving the follwing error RC=32 ..
failed to open file c:\winnt\system32\config\system RC=32
failed to open file c:\winnt\system32\config\software RC=32
failed to open file c:\winnt\system32\config\security RC=32
failed to open file c:\winnt\system32\config\SAM RC=32
failed to open file c:\winnt\system32\config\default RC=32
It's seems that I connot backup the registry remotely,is there something I need to configure on the remote server open file agent properties, so I can get a fullbackup with out any incompletes ?

Thanks
Darren

Hi, Speshalyst

Yes it's Win2000, can I safely say I don't need to backup the registy if I'm backing up the system state on Win2000 machines ?

Thanks
Darren
