FAC for direct to voice mail 1

I am trying to send a cller direct to a person's voicemail, I have a FAC of #0 to accomplish this. My problem is, when I got to transfer the person, I hit transfer adn the #0 adn then get waved off. I can't get any of the transfer to go directly into voicemail. Any ideas?

A work around is for me is to hit transfer, dial the voicemail server extension (not the users), then * adn then the users extension.

find out what your Audix transfer number is.
What you then do is dial this number, when you hear welcome to audix dial the mailbox number and release/transfer.

You must be in the coverage path to use the fac to transfer to audix.

I seen the one from a few days ago, that's what prompted this one. It's not working. I keep getting waved off.

I thought there would be a way without being in a coverage path.
