Tried doing a search but to no avail. I have a customer that has an 8x24 with 6 port expansion, 5 station modules and one trunk module. There is a NAM installed. The problem is that a call can not be sent directly to a voice mail box (feature 986) from any other set than a 7324. 7310, 7316,7208, none will do the transfer unless it is a 7324. I am sending a tech there to log onto the NAM with a laptop. I know that other times, the enable redirect setting has to be changed. I have never heard of a system only allowing 7324 sets to transfer to voice mail and no others. All capability settings are the same, line access etc. I am completely stumped.
