F986 tranfer to voice mail fails

Transfer to voice mail function started failing recently on a BCM400/CallPilot. Here are the event log entries. This has happened once before and rebooting BCM helped then. Rebooted it this morning but still getting the same issue - when transferring calls to voicemail the call disconnects after person transferring hangs up.

Please help!
