One of my customers is trying to transfer callers to a mailbox from a T7406e. When she enters the feature code, it always puts the caller on hold and never displays the "mailbox:" message. If she enters the mailbox anyway and releases, the caller is still on hold. As she's in another state, I haven't tried this myself and she did say she tried different mailboxes with the same result. She can use the feature correctly from her desk phone.
