Manually or with the programmed key it puts the caller on hold, display reads no party selected. This is on a 7324 and it has 2 intercom buttons. Identical to another 7324 that works.

Are you trying to transfer using a speed dial button? you cant, need to input the digits from key pad.

Also make sure it has 2 Intercoms even though labelled.
F*0 then press the Instercom keys, should say your ext on display.

Yes verified phone has 2 ext, and when manually entering F986 it still puts caller on hold tried different CO lines as well. Is there somewhere in programming that wont allow a VM trans??? Cant find a difference when compairing to another 7324 that is working.

nothing that should prevent it from working
other than putting call on hold ,,then pressing f986

try doing a set copy from the set that works to the set that doesn't

Fireater you know better lol....cant do hold then F986?.

Not so sure this issue has ever been solved in past.

Bust just for test, try turning set relocation off, swap sets and see if issue followed the phone.
If it did then see what the release # is of that phone.

I have run into this issue before, finally ended up rebooting the callpilot and the problem no longer occurred. Give it a try.

No such luck its not a call pilot but will reboot before I copy the set.

Copied working phone then powercycled system....started working. Thanks to all that replied.
